The problem
Our site has about 10 pages: a homepage, a handful of location pages, a few service pages, and a contact page. It used to run on a CMS with templates, where the templates kept every page looking and behaving the same.
The site was exported to static HTML and pushed to a git-based host. That export process flattened everything into separate, standalone HTML files. There's no shared template underneath them anymore. Each page is now its own island, and the page layouts and UI have started to drift apart because there's nothing tying them together.
To be clear: our branding (colours, fonts, logo) is fine as it is. The problem is the page design and UI itself. Layouts, navigation, and components are inconsistent from page to page and, honestly, look dated and rough. We want the rebuild to fix that, on top of the missing template layer.
What's in scope
• Rebuild the site using a static site generator (we're picturing Eleventy, but we're open to your recommendation if you've got a good reason)
• Identify the repeating page types across our 10 pages (homepage, location page, service page, contact page, etc.) and build one template per type

We'll give you access to the current repo and point you to the live site. We're happy to hop on a call at the start to walk through the current pages and answer questions.

I’m building a full-featured e-commerce platform and need someone who can take it from polished mock-ups in Figma all the way through to a secure, responsive production release. The stack is fixed—Angular on the front end, Laravel (PHP 8+) with MySQL on the back end—so I’m looking for demonstrable expertise with each of those tools as well as solid UI/UX instincts.
Core scope
• Design a modern, consistent UI in Figma, then translate it pixel-perfectly into Angular components with SCSS and responsive breakpoints for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Implement a Laravel REST API, database schema, and business logic that follow clean-code and SOLID principles.
• Connect the two layers with secure, token-based authentication and role management (Super Admin, Admin, and Editor).
• Build out shopping-cart, checkout, and order-management flows and integrate PayPal, Stripe, and Square gateways.
• Add robust form validation, error handling, and test coverage so the codebase stays maintainable and scalable.
• Provide an intuitive admin dashboard for catalog, user, and order management.
• Deployable via Docker or a comparable workflow so I can spin up staging and production quickly.
