1. Users enter a query and optional Boolean operators (AND / OR).

2. Results display in a tidy table with checkbox selection. Live filters (date, source, keyword, etc.) should refine the list in real time.
3. Selected articles are compiled into a single PDF in which every headline links back to the original URL. Pagination, basic styling, and clickable hyperlinks are non-negotiable.

We are looking for an experienced developer or small development team to build a new professional version of our 12NM platform for iOS, Android and Web.
12NM already exists as a working PWA prototype. It was created quickly and in a simplified way because the first version was developed by someone without professional programming experience. Because of this, the current version has many limitations, bugs, performance problems and things that are difficult or impossible to change.
We do NOT want to simply convert the current PWA into a mobile application.
We want to build a new and much better 12NM platform based on the existing concept, features and experience we already have.
The current PWA is only a reference/prototype. It does not have to be copied 1:1. We are open to completely redesigning the UI/UX, architecture and individual functions and rebuilding them properly.
The final product should be a modern, fast, reliable and visually attractive mobile application for iOS and Android together with a full Web version, all connected to the same backend, accounts and data.
What is 12NM?
12NM combines a private community, communication, poker, games, gamification and collectible content in one ecosystem.
The main idea is:

Users should have a reason to return to the application regularly, communicate with other members, play games, compete, earn XP, unlock items and participate in events.
Community / “Plachta”
A major part of 12NM is Plachta, our internal community and communication system.
Conceptually, it should work similarly to Discord, but with additional features that Discord does not provide for our community.
We want channels, posts, replies, reactions, mentions, private messaging, unread counters, online status, typing indicators, realtime communication and push notifications.
The community should also have a strong voting system. Users should be able to create and participate in polls, including different voting methods such as normal polls and D21-style decision/voting systems.
The exact voting logic will be defined in more detail during development.
Plachta should feel like a real modern community platform, not simply a comment section.
Poker
12NM has a dedicated Poker section.
The actual poker games are played on ClubGG, while 12NM provides the community and management layer around the poker club.
The Poker section should include tournament information, schedules, results, player profiles, statistics, league standings, points, rankings and tournament history.
Results should be automatically imported from ClubGG where technically possible.
The imported results should be usable by the 12NM system for league points, statistics, XP, achievements and rewards.
Games
12NM should contain multiple games and mini-games.
Examples include Solitaire and other casual or competitive games.
Games should be connected to the 12NM ecosystem instead of being isolated features.
Games can provide XP, achievements, rewards, challenges, event points and collectible items.
The architecture should make it possible to add new games in the future without rebuilding the whole application.
XP and Gamification
XP is one of the core systems of 12NM.
Users earn XP through activity throughout the platform.
Examples include creating posts, replying, participating in the community, playing games, participating in poker tournaments, winning, completing challenges, participating in events and other activities.
XP should have a complete history so the system can show why XP was earned or removed.
Users progress through levels and can unlock new content and rewards.
The system must also prevent abuse and unlimited XP farming.
Challenges
Users should be able to challenge other users for XP.
For example:
User A challenges User B for 500 XP.
User B accepts the challenge and they compete in a supported game or activity.
The winner receives the agreed XP reward.
The system should manage challenges, invitations, acceptance/rejection, status, XP stakes, results, automatic XP transfer, history and notifications.
Challenges should be designed so they can later be connected to different games and activities.
Characters, Pets and Collectibles
A major part of the 12NM concept is a collection of unique visual characters and items.

We create the artwork ourselves.
The visual style should be approximately 2.5D, between modern 2D and 3D, with the possibility of animations, effects and different visual states.
Characters and items can have rarity, special editions, seasonal versions and event versions.
They can be earned through XP, levels, poker results, games, challenges, events, achievements or purchased in the shop.
Inventory
Every user should have a personal inventory containing everything they own.
Users should be able to view, filter and organize their items and select/equip them where appropriate.
The inventory must be designed to support additional item types in the future.
Shop
12NM should have an internal Shop where users can acquire or purchase characters, pets, cards, dice, avatars, cosmetic items, special items, bundles and limited/event content.
The shop must be dynamic.
Administrators should be able to create and edit products, images, descriptions, prices, rarity and availability without requiring a new application release.
Events
The platform should support temporary and seasonal events such as Halloween, Christmas, summer events, poker championships, community events and anniversaries.
An event can contain special games, challenges, XP, rewards, characters, pets, cards, dice, shop items, announcements and a special visual theme.
Events should have start/end dates and be fully configurable.
Dynamic Themes
A very important feature is dynamic visual themes.
We want to be able to change the appearance of the application without publishing a new iOS or Android version.
For example, Halloween could change the colors, backgrounds, banners, artwork and other visual elements.
Themes should ideally be schedulable with start and end dates.

We need a powerful web-based Admin Panel through which the whole platform can be managed.
Administrators should be able to manage users, roles, community channels and content, tournaments, ClubGG results, league settings, games, XP rules, levels, achievements, challenges, characters, pets, cards, dice, inventory, shop products, events, themes, banners, rewards and push notifications.
The goal is that normal changes to content and game systems can be made without needing a developer every time.

The final solution must include:

I need a native-level Spanish speaker based in Mexico who can handle customer conversations over WhatsApp. The focus is on technical support, but at a basic troubleshooting level—you’ll guide users through simple steps to restore or improve connectivity and document each interaction in our ticketing system.
Scope of work
• Monitor our WhatsApp Business line during assigned shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity-related issues (Wi-Fi, data, or device settings) using clear, friendly language.
• Escalate complex problems that fall outside basic troubleshooting.
• Log every chat in our CRM with accurate tags and short summaries.
• Maintain response times that meet our service-level targets.
What I’m looking for
• Previous experience in customer service or help desk roles, preferably chat-based.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools and a cloud-based ticket system such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work fully remote within Mexico.
• Professional written Spanish; basic English reading is a plus for internal notes.

1. Consistent, on-time coverage of agreed shifts.
2. Complete, well-formatted chat logs for every customer interaction.
3. Weekly report highlighting recurring connectivity problems and any suggested process improvements.
