2. Client Portal
Provide a branded home screen showing the client's account manager, active services, projects, deadlines, outstanding requests and approvals.
Clients should be able to communicate with staff, submit requests, upload assets, review deliverables, download reports and track progress. Display only the services and actions available to that client.
The portal must work for clients without a connected website, Google account or external CRM account.
3. Staff and Contractor Workspace
Include management of clients, projects, milestones, tasks, tickets, recurring work, assignments, files and discussions.
Staff must be able to assign work to themselves, other authorized staff or contractors and complete work themselves. Include work queues, overdue items, workload, onboarding progress, pending approvals, failed notifications and connection status.
Contractors must see only explicitly assigned work, necessary files and designated discussions. Internal staff notes and administration must remain private.
4. Onboarding, Intake and Offboarding
Include editable service-specific intake forms, asset collection, reusable project templates, recurring checklists, invitations, first-login guidance and reminders.
Clients should be able to save and resume intake forms. Staff should be able to request corrections and track completion.
Include service changes and offboarding with work transfer, permitted exports and access removal. For connected CRM accounts, include opportunity-won onboarding with safeguards against duplicate clients, projects and invitations.
5. Files, Reports and Approvals
Staff must be able to organize, update and share PDFs and supporting files against the correct client and project. Clients can access shared reports; internal files remain private.
Approvals must apply to a specific version of a deliverable. Include comments, requested changes, decision history, due dates, reminders and authorized reassignment. An overdue approval must never automatically approve itself.
Include a searchable client help area that staff can maintain.
6. Social Management and Reporting
Clients and staff should be able to create content, review and approve it, schedule publication and view publishing results in a calendar.
Include analytics, downloadable reports and agreed reputation workflows, such as viewing and replying to reviews. Verify the supported networks, post formats, metrics and account requirements before committing.
Assess existing CRM/social platform connections first. Clearly identify any additional provider subscriptions, applications or approvals required.
7. Permissions, Branding and Security
Support agency administrators, ordinary staff, contractors and client users with different viewing, editing, approval and publishing permissions.
Use database-level row security and server authorization to isolate agency, client, project and assigned-work data. Include privileged-user MFA, private file access, audit history and hosted isolation/revocation testing using a second test agency.
The agency is the only live organization initially. Keep agency branding separate from each client's identity. Include branded invitations, welcome and recovery emails and responsive screens based on our approved designs.

- Confirmed real Google AdsBot crawls in server access logs from verified Google infrastructure
- Compared the HTML served to Google AdsBot vs a normal Chrome browser
- After normalizing session/CSRF values, the HTML comparison showed zero differences on all affected landing pages
- Removed previous language/session-based routing behavior
- Removed third-party widgets and unnecessary scripts from the advertising landing pages
- Corrected old SEO/canonical/Open Graph references from a previous development copy of the site
- Corrected pricing and metadata inconsistencies
- Confirmed there is no geo-based, user-agent-based, browser-language-based, IP-based, or Googlebot-specific content switching
- Reviewed redirects, tracking templates, landing page URLs, robots.txt, Cloudflare rules, and other obvious cloaking triggers
Despite these changes, Google continues to reject the account suspension appeals for cloaking.
