AI image requirements
• Images should look like natural, high-quality photographs, not illustrations or obvious synthetic imagery.
• Show a real-looking cat resting or sitting in a believable clean cattery environment, such as a boarding pen with a bed, shelf or hideaway.
• Keep the setting modest, calm and plausible for a small UK cattery.
• Do not depict a luxury hotel, veterinary clinic, home living room, outdoor garden or facilities that could be mistaken for confirmed features of Balnaclash.
• Do not make the cat look distressed, trapped or posed unnaturally.
• Label each file and its draft placement.
• Keep all AI images easy to replace; do not bake them into backgrounds or use them as the logo.
Real photographs to plan for
Prioritise placeholder images: the actual exterior; clean accommodation from more than one angle; beds and hideaways; cats in the accommodation with owner permission; feeding set-up; enrichment; Owners; and a safe arrival/carrier detail. 6. Squarespace build and access
• Use the existing Squarespace 7.1 site and its normal editable sections.
• Build the pages and responsive layouts in Squarespace; Figma-only delivery is not sufficient.
• Use a restrained, modern editorial layout with the existing brand.
• Use landscape images for accommodation, a wide hero image, and square crops for cards where needed.
• Check the site at desktop and phone widths. Ensure text, buttons and navigation remain clear and easy to use.

• Do not request access to personal email, Google Workspace, Revelation Pets, QuickBooks, banking, payment accounts, domain registrar or personal devices.

We need someone comfortable tracing requests at the web-server/PHP-FPM layer, not someone who will start by reinstalling Zen Cart or clearing caches.

Fixed a MySQL connection-limit issue that was causing a separate, unrelated batch of errors (confirmed resolved).
Enabled Zen Cart's file-based error logging, which was previously silently disabled, and confirmed it is now capturing real warnings in real time.
Confirmed, via four separate command-line reproductions of the exact failing page, that the Zen Cart PHP code itself runs successfully every time. No PHP fatal error or exception has ever been logged for the failing request, despite the failure being currently 100% reproducible in the browser.
Confirmed via a live strace that the PHP-FPM worker process exits cleanly during a failure, with no crash signal.
Ruled out: memory limits, opcache, database corruption, open_basedir restrictions, ModSecurity, nginx (not running on this server), and Apache module conflicts.
Confirmed the Unix socket between Apache and PHP-FPM is stable and present throughout a failing request.
Our working conclusion is that the fault is happening in the Apache-to-PHP-FPM request handoff itself, not inside the application. This has not been directly confirmed yet and is the specific gap we need a specialist to close.

## Project Overview
Developed and maintained a **real-time Money Movement Transaction Fraud Detection platform** designed to monitor financial transactions, identify potentially suspicious activity, and trigger fraud alerts based on configurable business rules and transaction patterns.
The platform follows a **microservices and event-driven architecture**, using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Kafka to process transaction events reliably and at scale.

* Developed scalable backend services using **Java and Spring Boot**.
* Designed and implemented **REST APIs** for transaction processing and service-to-service communication.

When a money movement transaction is initiated, the transaction service validates the request and publishes the transaction event to Kafka. The fraud detection service consumes the event and evaluates the transaction against configured detection rules and relevant transaction attributes.
Depending on the evaluation result, the system can identify suspicious transactions, generate an alert, and update the transaction processing status for downstream services.
## My Contribution
I worked primarily on the **backend development and transaction-processing components**, including microservice development, REST API implementation, Kafka producer/consumer development, business-rule implementation, database integration, exception handling, testing, debugging, and production issue resolution.
I also collaborated with other developers and teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, implement features, and troubleshoot issues across distributed services.
