Project title: Build a Secure Local AI Assistant for Autonomous Business and Desktop Operations
Project objective
Build a self-contained AI assistant that runs on one dedicated, always-on PC in my office. I give it instructions in plain English, and it plans, executes, checks and reports the work.
The assistant must support multiple businesses and a broad range of computer-based tasks. Inventory, invoicing and scheduling are examples of possible uses; they are not the limits of this project.
I select and purchase the hardware.
My planned machine costs approximately $10,000–$15,000 and includes multiple GPUs and storage drives. Your responsibility is the software platform, installation, configuration, integration, testing and handover. Confirm compatibility against the specifications I provide.
1. Local operation and ownership
- Run the AI models, speech processing, business knowledge, task history, databases and automation services locally.
- The core platform must operate without cloud AI inference or paid AI subscriptions.
- Internet access remains available for tasks involving websites, customer communications, online accounts and payment services. Local operation refers to where the intelligence and data processing run.
- Any optional escalation to an external AI provider must be separately configurable, disabled by default and subject to my data-sharing and spending rules.
- I own and receive the source code, configuration, business data and documentation. The system must remain usable without the developer’s servers or ongoing involvement.
2. Plain-English task execution
I must be able to specify an outcome without describing every click or requiring a developer to code each task.
The assistant must:
- Break requests into steps and identify the information and access required.
- Use browsers, desktop applications, local files and APIs.
- Execute immediate, scheduled, recurring and event-triggered tasks.
- Run multiple tasks while preserving each task’s instructions, progress and business context.
- Ask targeted questions when essential information is missing.
- Verify the actual outcome before reporting completion.
- Recover from interruptions and resume unfinished work after a restart.
3. Business operations
Within the accounts and authority I configure, the assistant must support activities such as:
- Registering accounts and completing website forms.
- Reading and answering customer enquiries.
- Preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments and managing routine records.
- Processing permitted payment transactions through established payment services.
- Managing stock, orders, appointments and reminders.
- Producing documents, reports and exports.
- Performing repetitive administrative work across websites and desktop applications.
Identify dependencies such as MFA, CAPTCHA, identity verification, service restrictions and unavailable integrations. Explain how the platform handles them without losing task progress.
4. Learn workflows from demonstrations
A central requirement is learning new procedures without commissioning a separate custom application every time.
For example, I should be able to instruct:
“Observe this authorised desktop while claims are processed, identify the procedure and create an automation that performs the same work.”
The system must capture relevant screen activity and application interactions, combine these with documents and explanations, identify decision points, and create reusable workflows.
It must support targeted clarification, test runs, correction, versioning and handling of exceptions. Describe which workflows it can learn independently and which require developer integration.
**5. Meeting and live assistance
Provide local transcription and assistance from authorised microphone or system-audio sources, including suitable hardware audio inputs.
Example instructions:
- “Listen to this meeting and produce an action list with owners and deadlines.”
- “Use my approved documents to suggest an answer on screen when I receive a question.”
This must include live transcription, action extraction and an on-screen assistance panel. Explain how audio sources and speakers are identified and how transcripts are stored locally.
**6. Reliable memory and separation**
The assistant must keep businesses, accounts and tasks separate. It must not mix instructions, customer records, credentials or financial information between businesses.
Provide:
- Separate business workspaces and access controls.
- Persistent instructions, task state and source-linked knowledge.
- Clear distinction between confirmed facts, assumptions and unresolved questions.
- A way to inspect, correct and remove stored knowledge.
- Protection against instructions embedded in websites, emails or documents overriding my operating rules.
Do not rely on one continuously growing chat history as the system’s memory architecture.
**7. Security and operational controls**
Include encrypted credential storage, restricted developer access, configurable account permissions, transaction limits, audit logs, backups and a tested restore process.
Routine tasks within my configured authority should execute automatically. Actions outside that authority must pause with a clear explanation.
Provide an emergency stop, visibility into running tasks, and controls to pause or cancel individual workflows.
**8. User interface**
Provide a straightforward local dashboard where I can:
- Give written or spoken instructions.
- Select the relevant business and accounts.
- View running tasks, results and exceptions.
- Manage workflows, schedules, permissions and memory.
- Inspect logs and supporting evidence.
- Manage local models and monitor hardware usage.
**9. Delivery and acceptance**
Quote against milestones:
1. Software architecture and compatibility review using my supplied hardware specifications.
2. Installation of the working local platform.
3. Demonstration of a browser workflow, a desktop workflow learned from demonstrations, and local meeting assistance.
4. Reliability testing, security configuration, documentation and handover.
Acceptance requires demonstration that:
- Core AI processing operates with external AI services disconnected.
- The assistant completes agreed workflows on fresh test cases.
- Business contexts and credentials remain separate.
- Interrupted tasks resume without duplicating completed transactions.
- Failed or unverified actions are reported accurately.
- Backup and restoration work.
- I can introduce a new supported workflow through instructions, documents and demonstrations without modifying source code.
Agree measurable success rates, response times and test cases before implementation. Do not substitute a model’s claimed confidence percentage for tested reliability.
**What your proposal must contain**
Provide the proposed architecture, local models, supported operating system, integration approach, relevant completed projects, milestone prices, timeline, licence costs, maintenance requirements and limitations.
Clearly separate capabilities demonstrated today from capabilities requiring custom development or research.
**The intended result is a reusable local AI operator that performs directed work across multiple businesses—not a chatbot with a few fixed automations.**

I need a straightforward website built from the ground up. The main objective is for visitors to open the site in any browser and comfortably browse and view the content I’ll provide. No e-commerce, user accounts, or complex forms are required right now—just clean navigation, responsive design, and a modern look that loads quickly on desktop and mobile.
Scope of work:
• Design a simple, attractive layout that highlights articles, images, or other media.
• Develop the front-end and back-end so I can easily add or edit pages later (WordPress, Next.js, or another lightweight CMS/framework you recommend).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimise basic SEO tags and page speed.
• Deploy the finished site to my preferred hosting and give me clear hand-over documentation.
If you have a portfolio of similar informational sites and can deliver a polished, user-friendly result, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.

I need a full-featured e-commerce website built from the ground up. The core focus is straightforward online selling, and the must-have functionality is a smooth, customer-friendly product review system that lets shoppers rate and comment on items after purchase.
I already know I’ll need all the standard storefront essentials—catalog browsing, cart, and checkout—but my top priority is the reviews: they have to display cleanly on each product page, feed into an average rating, and be easy for buyers to submit without friction. If you have a preferred framework or CMS that handles reviews elegantly, feel free to suggest it; I’m open as long as the final site is fast, secure, and easy for me to manage.
Please outline:
• The platform or tech stack you recommend
• How you’ll implement the review feature (native module, plugin, or custom code)
• An estimated timeline from kickoff to launch
If you can also integrate essentials such as accounts or payment gateways, mention that as an add-on, but keep the quote for the review-driven site separate. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a clear plan and recent work that shows you’ve delivered similar e-commerce sites.

I’m ready to move from concept to launch on a peer-to-peer marketplace devoted exclusively to tradin
I’m ready to move from concept to launch on a peer-to-peer marketplace devoted exclusively to trading iOS gaming accounts. The core idea is simple: sellers list their game credentials, buyers browse, pay through a protected escrow flow, and the account is transferred only after automated verification confirms the credentials are valid.
Here’s the experience I need built:
• Customer-facing app (web or native) with clean onboarding, game-specific listing fields, real-time chat, and multi-factor login
• Seller dashboard for posting, editing, pausing, and deleting listings, plus a reputation system driven by completed trades
• Escrow-based checkout that releases funds only when my back-end bot confirms ownership transfer (Stripe & Apple Pay support required)
• Admin console for dispute resolution, manual overrides, KYC flagging, fee management, and analytics
• Secure data handling—hashed credentials at rest, end-to-end TLS, rate-limited APIs, and audit logging
I care most about a frictionless hand-off between buyer payment and seller payout, so please highlight any past work with marketplace escrow, game account verification, or iOS game APIs in your proposal. Include the stack you recommend, a timeline to first functional prototype, and what you’d consider an MVP cut—then outline milestones through to App Store–ready release.

I’m building an online learning hub that offers a mix of free and paid PDF resources alongside supporting content—text articles, video tutorials, and interactive quizzes. Every visitor should be able to browse the catalogue, but anyone who wants to download, save progress, or purchase material must first create an account and sign in.
For the PDFs, I need a clean structure that lets me tag each file by subject and clearly separate what’s free from what’s premium. From the user side, that means intuitive browsing, filters for subjects, and an obvious badge that shows whether a document is complimentary or requires payment. From the admin side, I want a straightforward dashboard where I can upload files, set prices, and switch a resource between free and paid with one click.
Paid items will require a secure checkout—Stripe or PayPal is fine as long as transactions are logged and receipts are emailed automatically. Once a purchase is complete, the file should unlock instantly in the user’s library for future re-downloads.
Core expectations:
• Modern, mobile-responsive UI/UX
• Secure registration/login with password reset (social logins optional but welcome)
• CMS tools to publish/edit articles, videos, quizzes, and PDFs
• Search and filter by subject plus free/paid toggle
• Payment gateway integration and order history per user
• Clear documentation so I can maintain content without touching code
When handing over the project, please deploy it to a live host, share all source files, and walk me through the admin panel. I’m open to your recommended tech stack—just focus on stability, scalability, and ease of content management.

I already have a React 19 / Next.js + TypeScript web app live on Vercel, with its API hosted on Render. Now I need that same product delivered as a hybrid mobile experience built in React Native, ready for release on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store.
Scope
– Re-implement the current UI and logic in React Native, re-using code where practical and pointing to the existing backend.
– Add two mobile-only capabilities: push notifications and in-app purchases.
– Flag any layout or styling issues you spot on mobile; my web team will patch them while you continue.
– Perform end-to-end testing on real devices and emulators to verify full parity with the web version.
– Generate production builds, comply with store guidelines, and walk me through publishing.
Key Deliverables
1. React Native source in my GitHub repo.
2. Tested Android (.aab) and iOS (.ipa) release files.
3. Store-ready listings (screenshots, privacy details, etc.).
4. Test reports and a concise log of any design bugs found during conversion.
Acceptance Criteria
• All web features operate flawlessly on iOS and Android.
• Push notifications and in-app purchases pass sandbox testing.
• Both stores approve the app without re-submission.
Let me know your approach, timeline, and any tooling preferences so I can give the go-ahead.

I’m building a complete yoga-class booking system that works seamlessly on both a responsive website
I’m building a complete yoga-class booking system that works seamlessly on both a responsive website and companion mobile apps. Students need to see every teacher’s live availability, choose a slot on an in-built calendar, pay instantly, and receive confirmations across devices; teachers should be able to manage their schedules just as easily.
Core requirements
• A single code-base or tightly-linked web/iOS/Android solution that keeps user, teacher and booking data perfectly in sync.
• Calendar integration that shows real-time openings, supports rescheduling or cancellations, and triggers automated email / push reminders.
• Secure payment gateway set-up for:
– Credit/Debit Card
– Bank Transfer
– Apple Pay
• Role-based dashboards: student, teacher and admin, each with clear analytics and account management tools.
• Clean, modern UI/UX that reflects the calm, uplifting spirit of yoga while remaining intuitive for first-time users.
What I’d like from you
Send a detailed project proposal that walks me through your suggested architecture, tech stack, milestones, timeline and any post-launch support options. Highlight comparable builds you’ve delivered, especially those involving booking calendars and multi-channel payment processing.
Acceptance will hinge on a working prototype that:
1. Books a test class from both web and mobile.
2. Collects a payment through one of the listed methods.
3. Shows the booking instantly in the teacher’s calendar and admin panel.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, I’m ready to review your proposal and move quickly into development.

I need a complete website developed for a news-style blog. The site’s sole purpose is to let me publish articles quickly and keep readers engaged, so the build must focus on clarity, speed, and easy content management. Social media integration is essential: every post should offer seamless share buttons and automatic publication to Facebook and X/Twitter, and the home page should display live social feeds.
A clean, responsive layout that adapts to mobile and desktop is required, together with a straightforward back-end editor, category navigation, search, and basic SEO setup. I am open to the platform or tech stack you recommend, provided it supports future growth; I may add a comment section or newsletter signup later, so keep the structure extensible.
Deliverables:
• Fully functional blog/news website uploaded to my hosting
• Social media integration tested and working
• Mobile-friendly, accessible design
• Brief hand-over notes with instructions for adding new posts and updating social links
The project is complete when I can log in, create a post with images, see it live, and confirm that share buttons and auto-posting work without errors.

I’m looking to team up with an experienced sales professional who can bring our B2B software solutions to the right decision-makers and close deals on a commission-only basis.
What I offer
My company builds advanced, cloud-ready technology products that help businesses automate workflows and cut operational costs. We already have demo environments, marketing collateral, and a well-defined pricing model; what we lack is the extra sales bandwidth to reach new accounts and expand into fresh verticals.
What I need from you
• Proactively source and qualify leads in the business sector.
• Run tailored product demos, handle objections, and negotiate terms through to signature.
• Maintain clear communication so we can support prospects with technical resources or custom quotes when needed.
Ideal background
If you’ve previously sold SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services to C-suite and department heads, you’ll feel right at home. Existing contacts in manufacturing, logistics, or professional services would be a bonus, though not essential.
Commission structure
You’ll earn an agreed percentage on every closed deal, paid immediately once the client’s first invoice clears. Because our solutions are subscription-based, you also benefit from recurring renewals for as long as the account stays active.
Next steps
Tell me about your most relevant wins, typical deal sizes, and the CRM or outreach tools you prefer. If it looks like a match, we’ll jump on a brief call to outline targets and lock in commission terms so you can start selling straight away.

I need a small Android utility that sits on my driver phone and instantly accepts every incoming ride request on the Ola platform without me having to touch the screen. The app’s one and only job is to detect the pop-up that Ola shows for a new ride, trigger “Accept” immediately, and then step out of the way so I can start navigation as usual.
Core expectations
• Runs on Android 8.0 and above, stays active in the background, and restarts automatically after a phone reboot.
• Lets me toggle auto-accept on or off from a simple in-app switch or quick-settings tile.
• Works with the current public version of the Ola driver app; if Ola updates its layout, the code should be written clearly enough that I (or a future freelancer) can adjust the detection rules easily.
• Consumes minimal battery, avoiding aggressive polling—an accessibility service or notification listener is fine as long as it is reliable.
• No root access required; everything must operate within standard Android permissions.
Deliverables
1. Signed APK ready for side-loading.
2. Full source code (Kotlin or Java) in a Git repository with build instructions.
3. A brief README covering required permissions and how to enable the service.
Future-proofing
Right now I only drive with Ola, but if the structure allows me to plug in extra modules later—say, for Uber or Lyft—that would be a bonus, though not essential for this milestone.
If this sounds straightforward to you, please tell me how you plan to hook into the ride notification, what tools or libraries you prefer, and an estimated turnaround time.

I’m ready to take my range of physical products online and need a polished Shopify store that can start selling the moment it goes live. The job starts with configuring a new Shopify account, selecting and custom-tailoring a theme so it feels on-brand, and continues through to loading the first batch of products with clear photos, variants, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
Payment gateways, tax rules, and shipping zones must be set up correctly for my target markets, and I want the checkout flow to stay quick on both desktop and mobile. Basic on-page SEO, Google Analytics integration, and a simple app stack for reviews and email capture should be included so I can track performance from day one.
Please plan to deliver:
• A fully functional Shopify storefront, styled to match my brand palette and typography
• Up to 25 products entered, each with optimized imagery and tags
• Tested payment, shipping, and tax settings
• Mobile-responsive pages with page-speed best practices applied
• A quick walkthrough video or call showing me how to add future products and manage orders
I’ll provide branding assets, product photos, and copy as soon as we begin, and I’m happy to answer design or content questions along the way so you can work efficiently.

I need a reliable solution that can send consistent, high-volume bot visits to my website for the sole purpose of boosting page-view counts. The tool should:
• Generate traffic that registers as unique visits in standard analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.) without triggering obvious bot flags.
• Let me set daily or hourly visit limits so I can scale activity up or down easily.
• Rotate user agents, IPs, and basic browser fingerprints to keep the flow looking natural.
• Run on Windows or Linux—command-line, desktop, or cloud-hosted; I’m flexible as long as setup is straightforward.
• Provide a simple dashboard or log so I can track how many views were delivered and from which sources.
Hand-over will be considered complete once I can launch the bot, direct it to a target URL, and see the expected increase in page views reflected in my analytics over a 24-hour period. Source code or a compiled executable is fine, but please include clear instructions and any dependencies.

I need a sleek, modern-looking website that lets customers place online orders or make table reservations with just a few clicks. The core pages I want are Home, Menu and About Us, each echoing the minimal, clean aesthetic of contemporary café brands.
On the functional side, the ordering / reservation flow must be intuitive on both desktop and mobile, with clear calls-to-action, a simple cart, and real-time confirmation emails. Payment integration can be Stripe, Square or another secure gateway you recommend, so long as it supports curb-side pickup and dine-in booking options.
I’ll provide the full menu copy, images and café story; you weave them into a responsive design, optimise load speed and hook everything up to Google Analytics so I can track conversions. Hand-off should include any editable theme files, plugin/licence details and a quick walkthrough so my staff can update prices or opening hours themselves.

I need a complete mobile application that lets my team handle our warehouse inventory from the shop
I need a complete mobile application that lets my team handle our warehouse inventory from the shop floor without ever touching a desktop. The core of the project is solid inventory management: every item should update in real time the moment it is received, moved, picked, or shipped.
Key features I must see working smoothly:
• Real-time tracking so quantities stay accurate down to the last unit.
• Automatic stock-level alerts that notify staff before we run low or hit overstock.
• Fast barcode scanning using the device camera (or external scanner) to add, find, and reconcile items instantly.
The app has to feel quick and intuitive on both Android and iOS, with a lightweight back-end that keeps data synchronized across multiple devices. I’m open on the tech stack—React Native, Flutter, or another cross-platform framework is fine as long as performance is snappy and the codebase is maintainable.
Deliverables will include:
1. A fully functional mobile app packaged for Android and iOS.
2. Source code with clean, well-documented architecture.
3. A small admin panel or endpoint documentation so I can adjust product details and user roles.
4. Brief hand-off session and setup guide so my in-house IT team can deploy future updates on our own.

I’m looking for a native or near-native Estonian speaker to help review English → Estonian web content that has been initially translated using AI/machine translation.
The work is mainly human linguistic review and post-editing, not translation from scratch.
Responsibilities may include:

- Check terminology and repeated UI/web phrases
- Review buttons, headings, navigation labels, banners and short web copy
- Flag content that does not make sense in the Estonian context
- Perform final QA before content is considered ready
Some assignments may also involve web/CMS content review, so familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Magnolia, WordPress, Drupal or similar systems is a plus.
This is potentially ongoing/project-based work. Workload may arrive in batches, so availability can vary from day to day.
Requirements
- Native or excellent Estonian
- Strong English comprehension
- Excellent Estonian grammar and writing ability
- Experience with proofreading, localization, MTPE, translation QA or web-content editing
- Comfortable reviewing AI-generated/machine-translated text

• A quick audit of the current tracking situation so we know what already works (if anything) and where the gaps are.
• A measurement plan that spells out every event, action, and page you will tag so we capture scroll depth, button clicks, form interactions, and any other signals that illuminate visitor behaviour.
• Full implementation—most likely through Google Tag Manager feeding into Google Analytics 4, although I’m open to alternatives if you can make a strong case.
• A clean dashboard or report that lets me view behavioural metrics at a glance, without drowning in raw data.
• Clear documentation so future tweaks are simple and I’m never guessing what a tag does.
Success for this job means I can log into the analytics platform, watch real-time events flow in, and easily answer questions like “Which sections are users dwelling on?” or “Where are they dropping off in the sign-up journey?” If that sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk.

I have a Dinstar 8-port GSM/VoIP gateway here in the UAE and I’m ready to put it into production. My preferred stack is MagnusBilling, so the first task is a clean installation and full configuration of Magnus on a fresh Linux VPS. Once Magnus is up, I need the gateway registered, trunks and routing rules created, and a quick test call flow that proves inbound and outbound calling works end-to-end.
Security is a must-have from day one. I want a properly hardened VPS firewall and strict IP whitelisting so only approved addresses can reach SIP, SSH and the Magnus web interface. If you have additional best-practice suggestions, I’m open to them, but IP whitelisting is non-negotiable.
Deliverables
• MagnusBilling installed, updated and secured on my VPS
• Dinstar DGW-8XX gateway fully integrated (SIP registration, trunks, routes)
• Firewall rules with IP whitelisting applied and documented
• Successful test calls demonstrating two-way audio
Please reply with a brief summary of similar Magnus, FreePBX or Asterisk deployments you’ve handled and highlight your experience securing VoIP servers.

LEAFE’S is looking for an experienced Connecteam specialist to build and configure a complete set of digital staff forms and internal workflows.
We want to manage staff submissions, notifications, approvals, follow-ups and records entirely within Connecteam. We do not want to use monday.com or any other external task-management platform.
The forms must be easy for staff to complete on their phones and straightforward for management to review.
Scope of work
The freelancer will create and configure the following eight forms:
1. Customer Inquiry Form – Record customer questions, product requests, contact details and required follow-up.
2. End-of-Day Cash & Sales Report – Record daily sales, opening float, expenses, expected closing cash, actual cash counted and discrepancies.
3. Stock Replenishment Request – Allow staff to request stock, record quantities and urgency, and submit requests for manager approval.
4. Pop-Up Opening & Pack-Down Checklist – Digital opening and closing checklists for LEAFE’S pop-up locations, including stock, displays, equipment and photographs.
5. New Product Ideas Form – Allow staff to suggest products and record descriptions, estimated costs, selling prices and management decisions.
6. 3D Printing Job Request – Capture print requirements, quantities, colours, materials, deadlines, job status and completion details.
7. Supported Employment Inquiry Referral – Record employment enquiries and assign follow-up to authorised team members, with appropriate privacy restrictions.
8. Management Action & Follow-Up Form – Record issues, assigned responsibilities, due dates, actions taken and completion status.
Required Connecteam configuration
The freelancer must:
* Build all eight forms directly in Connecteam.
* Configure field types, required fields and conditional questions where supported.
* Set up manager-only fields, approvals and access permissions where available.
* Configure notifications for new submissions, assigned actions, urgent issues, pending approvals and overdue follow-ups.
* Set up a process for management to review submissions, track outstanding actions and record resolutions within Connecteam.
* Configure automatic calculations for the cash report where supported.
* Use photo uploads, checklists and signatures where appropriate.
* Make forms mobile-friendly and simple for staff to use.
* Test each form from submission through to management review and closure.
* Provide a short handover guide and demonstrate how to edit forms, manage submissions and maintain workflows.
Important requirements
Connecteam must be the only operational platform used for this project.
Do not propose monday.com, Airtable, Trello, Asana, spreadsheets as a separate tracking system, or other external workflow platforms.
Before starting, confirm which features are available on our current Connecteam account and identify any plan limitations. Do not promise integrations or automation features without verifying that they are supported.
Supported employment enquiry records must have restricted access for authorised personnel only. Avoid collecting unnecessary medical information or sensitive participant documents.
Deliverables
* Eight completed Connecteam forms.
* Configured permissions, notifications and approvals where available.
* Cash-report calculations where supported.
* A tested internal process for tracking and closing follow-up actions.
* Staff and management instructions.
* A final walkthrough and list of any features requiring a Connecteam plan upgrade.
Ideal freelancer
You should have:
* Demonstrable experience configuring Connecteam forms.
* Experience with digital checklists, approval workflows and staff notifications.
* Strong attention to detail and privacy.
* The ability to explain the setup clearly to a small business.
* Examples of similar Connecteam projects, if available.
When applying, please answer these questions
1. How many Connecteam forms have you built for other businesses?
2. Can you complete all eight forms using Connecteam alone?
3. Which features require a paid Connecteam plan?
4. What is your fixed price and estimated completion time?
5. What testing, training and handover are included?
6. Can you provide examples of previous Connecteam work?
Please quote for the complete project, with any optional extras and plan upgrades identified separately.

We are Frankenbridge, a small travel company near Frankfurt, Germany. Our website, frankenbridge.com, sells small-group local tours to travelers from the US, Canada and Latin America. It runs on WordPress, Elementor and TranslatePress (5 languages). Bookings run through Bókun, a third-party booking widget.
THE PROBLEM
Google shows too few of our pages. Search Console, Oct 7, 2026:
- 1,680 pages indexed, 914 not indexed
- About 485 are the real problem: 278 "discovered, not indexed", 117 "duplicate, different canonical", 90 "crawled, not indexed"
- Known pages grew from about 500 to 2,600 after we added language versions
- 509 clicks in 3 months, almost all from people who already search our brand name
We want travelers to find us by searching for tours, not for our name.
Second problem: purchase events from the Bókun checkout (an iframe) do not reach GA4, so we cannot measure bookings.
WHAT WE WANT
Phase 1 (this project): a paid audit. No changes to the live site. You deliver a written report with a ranked fix list and a time estimate for each fix.
Phase 2 (later, same person if the audit is good): fix indexing, hreflang, canonicals, titles and descriptions, and GSC / GA4 / GTM tracking.
Phase 3: keywords, Google Business Profile, content and social media.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Technical SEO on WordPress (indexing, canonicals, hreflang, sitemaps)
- Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with multilingual sites (TranslatePress or similar)
- Clear written English
HOW WE WORK
- Freelancer.com milestones only. No payments, chats or call links (Teams, Zoom) outside the platform.
- Google tools by email invitation. We never share passwords.
- WordPress at Editor level. Administrator only for one task, with an end date, after a backup.
- Backup first. Written reports.
HOW TO APPLY
We read every bid. Bids that skip these steps are ignored.
Start your bid with the word FRANKFURT. Then answer:
1. List the top 3 causes of "crawled, not indexed" and how you would check each one.
2. How would you get purchase events from a third-party booking iframe into GA4?
3. Link one site whose search traffic you grew, and tell us what you did.
4. Give your fixed price for the Phase 1 audit and how many days it takes.

I’m ready to turn my concept for an online investment-portfolio tracker into a live, production-read
I’m ready to turn my concept for an online investment-portfolio tracker into a live, production-ready site. The platform’s focus is clear: give users real-time updates on their holdings, rich performance analytics, and dashboards they can tailor to their own style.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A responsive front end (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar) that feels fast on desktop and mobile.
• A secure back end (Node.js, Django, or Laravel are all fine) that can stream live market data, handle OAuth/JWT authentication, and scale as the user base grows.
• Real-time data hooks to a market-data API (IEX Cloud, Alpha Vantage, Yahoo Finance, etc.) so price and position information refreshes instantly without page reloads.
• Analytics tools that calculate time-weighted and money-weighted returns, allocation charts, and benchmark comparisons.
• A drag-and-drop dashboard builder that saves each user’s layout preferences.
• An admin panel to manage users, subscription plans, and API keys.
• Clean, well-documented code (Docker-ready) in a private Git repo, plus a staging URL for testing.
Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can sign up, add at least one symbol, and watch prices update live.
2. Performance calculations match my reference sheet within 0.1%.
3. Dashboard settings persist across logins.
4. Lighthouse performance score of 90 or higher on desktop and mobile.
5. All code passes linting and unit tests before hand-off.
I’ll provide branding assets and wireframes; you’ll handle everything from final UI polish to deployment. MVP in four weeks is ideal, with further iterations after that. Fintech, trading, or analytics experience will put you at the top of my list—show me previous work and outline your approach, and we can get started.

I run a multi-channel catalogue that spans Shopify Canada, Walmart Canada, Amazon Canada, Faire, and Carro. As the business grows I can no longer keep up with the day-to-day work that keeps each storefront healthy, consistent, and profitable, so I’m looking for a hands-on assistant who can step in and own the full daily operation.
What the role looks like day to day
• Product listing – create, optimise, and publish new SKUs across all five platforms, making sure titles, descriptions, images, and attributes meet each marketplace’s requirements.
• Inventory management – keep stock levels perfectly synced so we never oversell or sit on dead stock.
• Order processing – monitor incoming orders, confirm payments, print labels, and push tracking back to every channel before the SLA clock runs out.
• Content generation – draft product copy, short blog-style pieces, and social captions that align with our brand voice.
• Meta advertising – build and adjust campaigns in Meta Business Suite; report weekly on ROAS and suggest improvements.
Key tools you’ll touch daily: Shopify Admin, Walmart Seller Center, Amazon Seller Central, Faire dashboard, Carro, Meta Ads Manager, basic Canva or Adobe for quick image edits, and Google Sheets for reporting.
Deliverables & acceptance criteria
1. Accurate listings live on all selected channels within agreed timelines.
2. Inventory and order status fully reconciled by end of each business day.
3. Weekly performance report covering sales, ads, and any operational issues.
4. Do not bid for hourly or time. We set sales target and we expect to reach. Your bid is based on monthly full operation and pay in monthly base not project base or hourly base.
4. All written content spell-checked, on-brand, and ready for one-click publishing.
If you already juggle similar Canadian storefronts and know the quirks of each marketplace, you’ll fit right in. Let me know your experience level and the tools you’re strongest with, and we can discuss timelines and milestones.

I'm seeking a skilled accessibility tester with experience in ADA and WCAG compliance to evaluate my entire Shopify e-commerce website selling handmade tiles in the US. I want a comprehensive audit for both desktop and mobile versions, along with actionable suggestions for fixing any compliance issues found.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of ADA and WCAG regulations
- Proven experience conducting accessibility audits on Shopify platforms
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and provide practical improvements
- Quick turnaround preferred, as I’d like this completed ASAP

My Shopify store is live, polished, yet traffic is still the bottleneck. I want to scale visibility first and let sales follow, so the arrangement I have in mind is performance-driven: your compensation comes as an agreed-upon commission on every sale you help generate.
Scope of work
• Social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok—strategic content calendars, paid ads, and daily optimisation.
• Targeted email marketing flows that re-engage past visitors, recover carts and introduce new product drops.
• Search engine marketing (both paid and organic) to capture high-intent shoppers and push qualified traffic straight to key collections.
Primary goal
Increase website traffic. Conversions and brand awareness matter too, but the first success metric is a clear, verifiable lift in sessions from qualified sources.
What I provide
– A fully functional Shopify site with fast loading, high-quality product imagery and competitive pricing.
– Creative assets and branding guidelines.
– Transparent sales dashboard so you can track commissions in real time.
What I expect in return
– A channel-by-channel plan outlining tactics, timelines and KPIs.
– Weekly reports that tie traffic gains directly to the activities you’ve run.
– Willingness to iterate quickly based on data.
If your growth strategy can consistently move the traffic needle, the commission structure gives you unlimited upside while keeping our goals perfectly aligned. Let’s connect, explore your ideas, and start driving shoppers to the store.

Project Overview:
I have a working prototype of a multi-channel seller management app called RIVA. It allows sellers to manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across multiple platforms (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra) from a single dashboard. The current MVP has a Node.js/Express backend, SQLite database, OTP-based authentication, a basic AI assistant chat widget, and an Android APK wrapper built with Capacitor. It’s currently deployed on Render.com.
I’m looking for an experienced developer to take this from prototype to a stable, production-ready product.
What I need help with:
Review and refactor the existing backend (Node.js/Express) for scalability and security
Fix known issues with the Android APK (connectivity/WebView configuration problems)
Improve the database layer (currently SQLite — advise on migration to PostgreSQL/MySQL if needed for scale)
Polish and modernize the frontend UI/UX (currently plain HTML/Tailwind)
Add real integrations with marketplace APIs (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon Seller APIs) for live sync — this is the core feature
Set up proper CI/CD and production hosting (moving off free-tier Render)
Build a stable iOS version (currently web/Android only)
Ongoing support and feature additions post-launch
Ideal skills:
Strong experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs
Experience with e-commerce marketplace integrations (Meesho/Flipkart/Amazon Seller APIs a big plus)
Mobile app experience (Capacitor, React Native, or native Android/iOS)
Database design (SQL/NoSQL)
Clean, well-documented code and clear communication
Deliverables:
Production-ready backend with proper error handling and security
Working Android and iOS apps
Documentation for future maintenance
Source code handover with clean Git history
Budget: 20000-30000
Timeline: 1 month

I run a travel marketplace (frankenbridge.com) with a working Cloudflare Worker that proxies the Bókun API into a React tour-browser app on WordPress. I want to add many more external tour and activity suppliers, but I don’t know which booking system each one uses. Some may be OCTO/Ventrata, Rezdy, FareHarbor, TourCMS or Checkfront, and others may have a custom API, an XML feed or none at all. I need an expert who has integrated many of these systems. First, identify what each supplier uses and the best way to connect it, and tell me honestly when an integration isn’t worth building. Then build the integrations so tours, availability and prices appear in one unified grid and bookings reach the right supplier. Keep supplier keys server-side and document everything. You work on staging with sandbox credentials only; I never share production keys. I’m starting with a paid audit of my first few suppliers, then we agree the build step by step. Please propose your own audit fee and hourly rate.
Moreover, we are a small travel company near Frankfurt, Germany. Our website, frankenbridge.com, sells small-group local tours to travelers from the US, Canada and Latin America. It runs on WordPress, Elementor and TranslatePress (5 languages). Bookings run through Bókun, a third-party booking widget.

I’m ready to bring a multi-tenant, web-based Fleet Management platform to life, aimed specifically at truck operations. The core of the build revolves around three functions that must feel seamless to the end user: live vehicle tracking, automated maintenance scheduling, and full driver management.
The application has to talk directly to common GPS tracking systems so every truck shows up in real time on a map and pushes location data into our database for analytics and alerts. I also need a clean two-way integration with popular accounting software (think QuickBooks or Xero) so mileage, maintenance costs, and driver expenses flow straight into the books without manual import. Fuel-card links and other add-ons may follow, so keep the architecture open for additional webhooks and APIs.
Although the platform will support any vehicle class in the future, this first release is truck-centric: axle counts, service intervals, inspection checklists, and driver logs all need truck-specific fields.
Key deliverables
• System architecture & tech stack outline (preferred: React or Vue + Node/Express or Django + Postgres, but I’m open).
• UX wireframes and responsive UI for admin, dispatcher, and driver roles.
• Secure, subscription-ready multi-tenant backend with REST/GraphQL API.
• Integrations: device-agnostic GPS feed + accounting software connector.
• Automated testing, CI/CD pipeline, and deployment guide.
• Documentation and a short hand-over workshop once the MVP is stable.
Acceptance criteria will be a working MVP on a staging server that lets me:
1. Invite a company, add trucks, see locations update in real time.
2. Set service rules and receive maintenance reminders generated automatically.
3. Create driver profiles, assign them to trips, and view their activity history.
4. Sync an accounting sandbox and confirm that cost data transfers correctly.
If you’ve built SaaS products with real-time data streams, mapping libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps), and third-party accounting APIs, I’d love to see how you’d tackle this project and estimate timelines to a production-ready release.

I need a developer who can take full ownership of opening, configuring, and technically integrating
I need a developer who can take full ownership of opening, configuring, and technically integrating accounts for thirty-five separate payment providers on my e-commerce sites. All integrations will run on standard website stacks, not mobile or desktop apps, and each gateway must successfully process both credit/debit card transactions and the cryptocurrency options that the providers allow.
Here’s what the job looks like from my side: I will supply access to the sites, the list of providers, and any required corporate documentation. You will handle the account applications where needed, obtain and secure API keys or SDKs, install the gateways, map the required webhooks, and make sure that successful, failed, and refunded payments are reported correctly in the site’s back-office. Every provider must pass end-to-end sandbox testing before we go live, and then complete a live $1 test charge in production.
Deliverables:
• Active, verified merchant accounts for all 35 providers
• Cleanly coded integrations (PHP or Node are fine, but keep the architecture consistent across all gateways)
• Transaction, refund, and error logging wired into the existing admin dashboard
• A concise implementation guide covering credentials, callback URLs, and any cron jobs or webhooks you added
• Final test report showing sandbox and live transaction IDs for every provider
I’m looking for someone who has already connected multiple gateways—Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, Authorize.Net, etc.—and understands PCI-DSS, SSL, and basic cryptography best practices. If you’ve built tokenized card flows or on-chain payment confirmations before, mention it.
Timeline is tight, so let me know how many gateways you can onboard per week and any prerequisites you need from me up front.

I need an experienced hand to run the day-to-day operations of our Magento e-commerce website and keep our quick-commerce promise on track.
Your focus areas are clear:
• Managing product listings – upload, update, and optimise SKUs, photos, prices, and inventory inside Magento.
• Handling customer queries – respond quickly through chat, email, or phone, resolve order issues, and maintain high satisfaction scores.

We operate only through the web storefront for now, so deep familiarity with the Magento admin panel, order lifecycle, and basic catalogue SEO is essential.
Success looks like: zero catalogue errors, customer questions cleared within an hour during business hours, and perfect on-time dispatch. If you have managed similar online stores, worked with logistics partners, and can show the KPIs you improved, I would love to hear about it.

My real-estate firm needs a modern website that does more than display listings—it must actively turn visitors into qualified leads. Every page should guide prospects toward action, whether they are browsing a downtown office tower or a suburban family home, because we market both residential and commercial properties.
Key deliverables I expect:
• A clean, responsive site built on a mainstream CMS so my team can add or update listings without touching code.
• Dedicated sections for residential and commercial inventory, each with filter and search tools, high-resolution photo galleries and map integration.
• Three lead-capture mechanisms working seamlessly together: custom contact forms that route to the correct agent, an always-on live-chat widget, and an unobtrusive newsletter opt-in synced to our email platform.
• Basic on-page SEO set-up, fast load times and mobile optimisation to keep the funnel healthy.
• Analytics tracking so we can see exactly which pages and listings convert best.
Once the design is approved I will supply branding assets, current property data and copy. Please package the code, database and a short hand-off guide so we can maintain the site in-house after launch.

We’re looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel specialist** to help us set up and migrate an existing small e-commerce shop from **WooCommerce/WordPress to GoHighLevel**.
The main website will remain on WordPress. This project is specifically for moving and setting up the **shop/storefront in GHL**.
### Project Scope
The existing shop has approximately **13 products**.
The work will include:
- Configure the GHL Shop/storefront
- Recreate and configure the existing product catalogue in GHL
- Transfer product information, images, pricing, descriptions, and relevant product settings
- Configure the checkout and product settings
- Set up/connect the required payment configuration
- Configure applicable shipping/tax settings
- Ensure the storefront is clean, functional, and aligned with the existing brand
- Test the complete customer journey from **product selection → checkout → payment → order confirmation
- Ensure the shop is fully ready for the client to use
Experience with **WooCommerce → GoHighLevel migrations** is a strong plus.
### Important
This is **not simply a product data-entry task**. We need someone who understands the full setup and can take ownership of getting the shop working properly end-to-end.
We will provide the project scope and **fixed project budget** to the selected freelancer based on experience and fit.
### Potential for Ongoing Work
This is intended to be more than a one-off opportunity.
We have **multiple upcoming GoHighLevel, automation, funnel, website, and migration projects**. If this project goes well and the quality, communication, and turnaround are a good fit, we’d be interested in building an ongoing working relationship and bringing you into similar projects regularly.
To Apply
Please send:
1. A brief overview of your GoHighLevel experience
2. Examples of relevant GHL, WooCommerce, or e-commerce work you've completed
3. Your availability and typical turnaround time
4. Any relevant certifications or specializations, if applicable

I’m juggling several priorities on my site and could really use an extra pair of capable hands. The immediate focus is on two fronts:
First, I want the look and feel of a few key pages refreshed. This means tweaking the existing layout so it flows better on desktop and mobile, tightening up spacing, and refining color, typography, and imagery so everything feels cohesive and modern. No major feature additions right now—just solid layout changes and visual design improvements executed cleanly in HTML, CSS, and, where needed, lightweight JS.
Second, I have a backlog of customer records sitting in spreadsheets that need to be entered accurately into our online database. It’s straightforward work—name, email, phone, a couple of custom fields—but precision is critical because the data feeds our CRM automation.
Content creation rounds out the job. When you touch a page, I’ll often need a short paragraph updated or a new product blurb drafted so the copy matches the fresh design. Clear, concise English and an eye for on-page SEO would be a big plus.
Deliverables
• Updated page files (or CMS edits) reflecting the new layout and visual polish
• Cleanly entered customer information in the database, double-checked for accuracy
• Revised or newly written page copy, ready to publish
If you’re comfortable switching between design tweaks in a code editor and careful data entry in a browser tab, this should be a smooth collaboration. I’ll provide brand guidelines, access credentials, and a task list broken into bite-sized milestones so we can keep everything on track.

I’m building a MERN-based application and the heart of the project is real-time communication. Everything else can evolve, but I need the live connection layer architected and working flawlessly first.
Here’s what I’m after: a React front end that talks to a Node/Express API through WebSockets (Socket.io or native WS—your call) so users can interact instantly without refreshing the page. Think low-latency updates that feel as snappy as Slack or Discord.
Back-end code should be clean, modular, and ready to plug into a Mongo (or alternative) data store once the wider feature set is finalised. For now, persistence can be lightweight, but the structure must anticipate scaling to a full database layer.
To keep us aligned, I’ll consider the work complete when:
• A demo runs locally with npm start / npm run dev.
• Two browser windows show live, bidirectional data flow.
• Connection drops and reconnects are handled gracefully.
• Source is pushed to a public or private Git repo with clear README instructions.
If you’ve shipped chat apps, live dashboards, or multiplayer editing tools before, you’ll fly through this. Let me know which stack nuances you prefer—whether that’s TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, or simple React hooks—so we can get moving right away.

I run a brick kiln and need a purpose-built piece of software that puts inventory management front and centre while still giving me clear insight into day-to-day production. The solution must run smoothly on tablets because that’s what my staff use on the kiln floor.
Core scope
My top priority is an inventory module that shows current stock levels at a glance and updates automatically as materials come in or bricks go out. Alongside that, I also want to track what is happening inside each kiln, how much raw material is being consumed, and how many finished bricks are ready for sale.
Key deliverables
• Inventory dashboard with real-time adjustments
• Kiln activity monitor (batch status, firing cycles, downtime)
• Raw material usage tracker with reorder alerts
• Finished-goods ledger tied directly to dispatch records
• Tablet-optimised interface with offline sync where possible
• Basic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) exportable to Excel or PDF
Acceptance will be based on a live demo running on a tablet in our yard, accurate data capture across the above areas, and clear documentation so we can train new operators quickly. I’m open to your suggested tech stack as long as it meets these goals and can be maintained easily over time.

**Project Title: Fix and Improve Existing Python Web Scraping Script**
**Project Description:**
I have an existing Python script that collects product information from an e-commerce website and saves the results into a CSV file. The script was working previously, but recently started having some issues.
I'm looking for a Python developer to debug the existing code, fix the problems, and make a few small improvements.
**Current Issues:**
- Some products are missing from the exported CSV.
- The script occasionally stops when a request fails or times out.
- Duplicate products sometimes appear in the results.
- Certain product prices are not extracted correctly.
**What I Need:**
- Review and fix the existing Python script.
- Make sure product names, prices, URLs, and availability are extracted correctly.
- Add basic retry handling for failed requests.
- Prevent duplicate records in the CSV.
- Add simple logging so I can identify errors.
- Keep the existing code structure where possible.
**Expected Deliverables:**
- Updated, working Python script.
- Correctly formatted CSV output.
- Brief explanation of the changes.
- Basic instructions for running the script locally.
**Additional Information:**
The script currently uses Python, Requests, and BeautifulSoup. I will provide the existing code and sample output to the selected freelancer.
This is a small, fixed-price task rather than a complete rebuild. I'm looking for someone who can identify the problems and implement practical fixes.
Please include your estimated turnaround time and mention any similar debugging work you've done.

I have already licensed the WoodMart “Mega Electronics” WordPress template (see it here: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics/) and now need the entire site recreated in Figma within four days. The goal is to mirror the template’s structure while injecting my own brand personality, so every frame must respect the colour scheme, typography and logo-usage rules I will provide.
Deliverables (all desktop + mobile views in a single organised Figma file):
• Home page
• Product grid & individual product pages
• Inner product detail layout
• Custom PC-build configurator page
• Checkout & cart flow
• About-us / company profile
• Any additional utility screens that appear in the template (search, 404, account, etc.)
I expect clean, component-based layers, reusable styles, and clear naming that lets my WordPress team drop the designs straight into Elementor or Gutenberg without guesswork. Please keep section spacing, imagery ratios and UI patterns as close as practical to the WoodMart demo, only swapping colours, fonts and brand assets where required.
Hand-off requirements:
• Invite me to the live Figma file for review during the process
• Provide a final .fig source plus an exported PDF preview on completion
• Finish everything no later than end of day on the fourth calendar day after project start
If you’re comfortable working fast while sticking to brand guidelines, I’m ready to share the asset kit and kick things off immediately.

I need a set of well-structured Cognito Forms that handle data collection smoothly and look polished
I need a set of well-structured Cognito Forms that handle data collection smoothly and look polished on any device. The exact number of forms and their purposes will firm up during our initial discussion, but they will likely include contact, survey, or order-style layouts.
Key elements I expect each form to support:
• Dynamic fields that show or hide based on previous answers
• Clean formatting for both desktop and mobile users
• Easy embedding on my website plus shareable links
If payment processing or secure file uploads become necessary, I want those added using Cognito’s built-in Stripe and file-upload features rather than external work-arounds, so everything stays within one platform.
Deliverables
1. Completed, test-ready Cognito Forms in my account
2. A brief hand-over note outlining any conditional logic, payment, or upload settings you configured
3. Embed codes or URLs ready for immediate use
Once the forms are live and I have verified the workflows, the project will be considered complete.

I want to launch a fast, secure, and conversion-focused store built on Shopify. The project covers everything from a polished, mobile-first design to the back-end tools I need to keep daily operations simple.
Core build
• Custom theme styled for my brand, fully responsive and speed-optimised
• Product catalogue with categories, advanced search, rich imagery, pricing, discounts and wish-list
• Smooth checkout powered by Razorpay plus PayPal integration; I’ll also need standard card and UPI flows wired in alongside them
• eKart delivery API for real-time shipping rates and tracking
• Customer accounts, order history, and automated status emails
• Chat/WhatsApp widget so visitors can reach support instantly
• SEO-friendly structure and on-page basics handled from the start
• Secure codebase, basic penetration test and performance tuning before hand-over
• Shopify admin configured for simple product, order and customer management
Future-proofing
While I don’t need multiple languages right away, the theme and data structure should be ready for an easy multilingual upgrade when the time is right.
Deliverables
1. Live Shopify storefront on my domain, fully configured and tested
2. Source theme files and any custom app code push to a private Git repository
3. Short hand-over video or call walking me through product uploads, order processing, and adding future language content
If you have questions about the payment flows or eKart specs, let me know so we can lock them down before development starts. I’m aiming for a reliable, user-friendly store that lets me focus on sales the moment we go live.

I’m planning to launch a full-scale taxi booking solution modelled on Ola, Uber and Rapido. The primary flow is simple: a customer taps to book a cab, an available driver accepts, and I monitor the whole process from an administrator dashboard.
Key user segments
• Customers select pickup and destination, track their ride in real time and pay seamlessly.
• Drivers receive trip requests, navigate, complete rides and see earnings.
• Administrators oversee trips, pricing, users, vehicles and disputes from a secure web panel.
Core expectations
– Robust mobile apps (iOS and Android or a reliable cross-platform stack) for both customers and drivers, built with clean, maintainable code.
– Real-time geolocation, route optimisation, live ride status updates and in-app chat/call.
– Dynamic fare calculation, coupon handling and multiple payment gateways.
– Ratings, reviews and basic support ticket handling.
– Scalable backend with analytics and role-based access controls.
I’ll share UI references and final feature priorities once we connect, but the backbone listed above is non-negotiable.
When you reply, please showcase past work on similar ride-hailing, logistics or map-driven apps so I can gauge code quality, architecture choices and design finesse quickly. Links to live products or Git repositories are ideal.
Looking forward to collaborating with a team or individual who can deliver a polished, production-ready taxi booking ecosystem, from first screen to admin insights.
