I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer who can help me recover and continue development of an existing mobile application.
A few months ago, I hired a freelancer through Freelancer.com to develop the app. The application was completed and uploaded to both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The iOS version was approved and published successfully. However, the Google Play version was rejected and requires changes before it can be published.
Unfortunately, the original developer is no longer responding to my messages or emails, and their Freelancer.com account is no longer available.
Because of this, I need a new developer who can investigate the existing application, recover as much of the project as technically possible, and take over the development.
What I Currently Have
I have access to:

• The existing iOS app/build that was uploaded
• The existing Android/Google Play build and files that were uploaded
• The Supabase backend/database

I am not expecting the original source code to magically be recovered if that is technically impossible.

Railway APIs are available through RapidAPI. Developer must integrate the required endpoints properly. RapidAPI/API secret keys must not be exposed directly inside the Android application. A secure backend/API layer should be used. Basic caching, rate-limit handling and API failure/error handling should be implemented.
The architecture should allow us to replace the railway API provider later without rebuilding the complete application.
Technical Requirements:
The app should be fast, responsive and suitable for current Android devices. Developer must provide properly structured and maintainable source code. No hardcoded/mock railway information should remain in the production version.
